Vendors needed for new Elikosi festival Print

The Washington County Chamber of Commerce is seeking vendors for the Elikosi beer and wine festival, a brand new event that will be held at Salem Speedway on September 1 from 2 to 9 pm. The booth rental fee will be $100 per 10’ x 10’ deep space, and  selling area is limited to 10’ x 10’ spaces. This fee will include 120-volt electricity for running lights and a register.
The contract and booth rental fee must be received by Saturday, July 31, to ensure your space and that your name will go on all advertising materials. Please contact the Chamber of Commerce for an application. Along with the new Elikosi festival, the Chamber also needs vendors for annual favorites Old Settlers’ Day and the fall Friday Night on the Square festival.
FNotS will take place on September 14 this year from 6 to 10 pm. The vendor fee will be $25 for Chamber members and $20 for members who work for a nonprofit organization. The fee for non-members will be $45, $35 for nonprofits.
The Chamber of Commerce is working with the Old Settlers’ Day committee to provide additional vendor space at this year’s celebration. Booth fee this year will be $45 for vendors who turn in their applications by August 1. After that date the fee goes up to $55.
Booth space is approximately 10 x 10, and electricity will cost an extra $10 if your booth is located on the John Hay Center’s grounds. Electricity cannot be provided for booths elsewhere. Old Settlers’ Day will take place this year on Saturday, September 15, and Sunday, September 16.
