CCSO busts meth lab in Memphis, arrests two Print

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 2900 block of Crone Road in Memphis in the early morning hours of Friday, June 3. The search warrant was executed by the Special Operations Unit and Detective Division.
The home was reported to be a Clandestine Meth Lab and the occupants were “cooking” methamphetamine and supplying Clark County and most of Austin with the finished project.
Two females were present at the home during the raid including Misty Stacy of Lexington, Kentucky and Patricia White of Austin.
The Indiana State Police Meth Lab  Chemist were also present during the raid.
Located within the home and on Stacy and White were several items used to manufacture methamphetamine (precursors). Stacy also had a number of baggies of the finished product of methamphetamine.
Christopher Kiviniemi of Memphis was not present during the raid. Charges will be submitted to the Clark County Prosecutors Office for an arrest warrant for Kiviniemi.
Stacy was arrested and charged with Possession of a Precursor, a C Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a D Felony; Manufacturing Methamphetamine, a B Felony; Dealing in Methamphetamine over three grams, an A Felony and Possession of Methamphetamine over three grams, a C Felony.
White was arrested and charged with Possession of a Precursor, a C Felony; Visiting a Common Nuisance, an A Misdemeanor and Aiding in the Manufacturing of Methamphetamine, a B Felony.
