Last Friday night Borden hosted New Washington in an SAC conference game. Though this was not a sterling game for Borden they did manage to pull away to a comfortable 63 to 40 win.

The Charlestown Police Department had officers stationed at each school leading up to the students’ winter break after the tragedy in Newtown, CT. Officers were visible working to maintain safety and calm nerves for parents, staff and students.

Fourth-quarter run lifts FC boys over Scottsburg PDF Print E-mail

Prior to the Christmas Break, Floyd Central’s boys’ basketball team picked up a big win over visiting Scottsburg.
The Highlanders used a 25-12 run in the final eight minutes to seal the 62-55 win.
