Sellersburg Celebrates! will be held in Silver Creek Township Park on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, August 23, 24, and 25. The festival will feature carnival rides, food and craft booths, games, inflatables and great entertainment.

Hayden Overton, who was set to turn 2 in September lost his life in a one-vehicle accident Friday evening.
Another toddler, Elijah James Isaacs, 1, was injured and flown to University of Louisville Hospital via medical helocopter.

The 9th Kentucky Cavalry will stage a reenactment at Beck’s Mill in Salem this Saturday, Aug. 11. The group will portray a visit by Morgan’s Raiders similar to what occurred on July 10, 1863.
