The father of an infant who died of blunt force trauma to the head on December 22, 2010, in a Scottsburg home has filed a civil tort action in Scott Circuit Court against parties he feels is responsible. Travis Thieneman of Louisville, Ky., is the personal representative of the estate of his son, Gaven Michael Henderson-Thieneman. The child was born to Shannon Henderson on December 4.
