The Indiana University Southeast women’s basketball program announced the addition of Jocelyn Mousty (Fredericksburg, Ind.) for the 2015-16 season today.  A former Indiana All-Star selection, Mousty will transfer from NCAA Division I Texas Tech University with two years of eligibility remaining.

Sellersburg Town Council planning new monument to honor local soldiers PDF Print E-mail

The Sellersburg Town Council has been working on a way to honor local soldiers who have paid the ultimate sacrifice fighting the Global War on Terrorism. The Town Council, under the leadership of newly elected member Brad Amos, have planned a new monument for Wilkerson Park. The park already has monuments honoring soldiers who died defending our freedom during Vietnam, Korean and World War II. Those monuments are placed around the gazebo at Wilkerson Park. In just a few weeks, a new memorial will be placed at the park located at the corner of E. Utica and N. New Albany Streets in Sellersburg. The beautiful new monument will be dedicated to the soldiers who died fighting the Global War on Terrorism.

A Sellersburg woman has been indicted on six counts of wire fraud after allegedly stealing over $250,000 from her employer of 27 years.
