More than 100 people gathered at Greenville Elementary School Monday night to voice their opinions about whether or not the town needed a town manager. Instead, they were met with instructions as they entered the school and were never given the opportunity to speak.
The year 2012 marks the 15th year of the Clark County 4-H Shooting Sports Program. Last year 55 youth enrolled and enjoyed the advisement of Indiana State 4-H certified instructors giving them firearm safety instruction and several “hands on” range experiences with shotguns, rifles and handguns.
