Several Indiana trial courts have alerted the Division of State Court Administration and Indiana Judicial Center to a possible scam involving fake jury duty phone calls. There have only been a few incidents, but court leaders are alerting the public in the abundance of caution.

The noon deadline on Friday, February 7, set for those people who wished to run for public offices on either the Democrat or Republican tickets on May 6 was apparently met by all who aspired to such seats.

And the Monday, February 10, noon deadline to withdraw a candidacy was also observed by that same group.
