The initial court hearing for Timothy R. Orman, 25, from 3912 West May Drive in Palmyra, IN and Tammy M. Spengler, 23, Last Known Address, 13515 Buffalo Trace Road NE in Palmyra, will be held today in the Washington County Circuit Court.

Although positive identification has not been made on either victim in this case, during the initial court hearing today you will hear the victims being tentatively identified as Timothy M. Orman, (Arrested Timothy R. Orman’s Father), 54, of 7600 Rosebud Road, Salem, IN and Roy L. Orman, (Arrested Timothy R. Orman’s Uncle), 48, of 7598 Rosebud Road, Salem, IN. Understand these tentative identifications are being used for probable cause purposes only. The official positive identifications of the victims will come at a later date as soon as the positive identifications are able to be determined by the Washington County Coroner’s Office and the Kentucky Medical Examiner’s Office.

During the initial court hearing you will also hear the preliminary cause of death as gunshot wounds to both victims. Again, this is a preliminary cause of death and is being used for probable cause purposes only. Additional tests are being run to determine an official cause of death on both victims.

The time of death for both victims has still not been determined.

Shortly after 11:00 PM June 22nd, the Washington County Sheriff’s Department received a phone call of two deceased people located on the property of 7600 Rosebud Road near Salem in Washington County. When officers arrived they found the two bodies in an outbuilding located on the property at 7600 Rosebud Road. After the bodies were located detectives and crime scene investigators from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg were called to the scene to assume the investigation.

A man and woman have been arrested and charged with murder after two bodies were reportedly located on the property of 7600 Rosebud Road near Salem in Washington County.

 

Shortly after 11 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, the Washington County Sheriff’s Department received a phone call of two deceased people located on the property on Rosebud.

On Wednesday, June 22, 2011, in the evening hours, troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg arrested Yakera Lawson-Fowler, 33, from New Albany, for Failure to Provide a Title to a Purchased Vehicle, B Misdemeanor, (Three Counts). She was arrested at her residence without incident and incarcerated in the Clark County Jail.
