Scottsburg woman fatally injured in moped accident on Friday night near Austin PDF Print E-mail

A Scottsburg woman was fatally injured in a moped accident on Coffee Pot Road on Friday night, August 23.

Terry Ann Fox, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene by Scott County Coroner Jerry Buchanan. The accident occurred just north of the t-intersection with Van Campen Road around 9:30 p.m.

On July 11, after a trial that lasted four weeks, returning jury verdicts of guilty on two counts of Murder and an Arson charge, Judge Dan Moore of Clark Circuit Court No.1 sentenced Jeffrey Weisheit to death by lethal injection.
