With air temperatures in the low thirties, Blue River Services warmly hosted its 5th annual Splash and Shiver for Blue River on Saturday, March 1st at Buffalo Trace Park in Ramsey.  Brisk temperatures were no match for the 97 participants and 35 volunteers who turned out for the much anticipated days’ events.

Benefit for young girl in need of a heart transplant Saturday PDF Print E-mail
The Salem Eagles club will host a Chili Benefit supper for the “Prayers for Anna” Heart Transplant fund.
The menu included chili with cheese for a $5 donation.

Tuesday, March 4, at approximately 4:04 pm, troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg and deputies from the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, responded to a two vehicle crash that occurred on Becks Mill Road near Posey Chapel Road, in rural Washington County.
