Two Scottsburg men have pleaded not guilty in Scott Superior Court to sex-related crimes.
According to court documents, Anthony W. Everhart, 36, reportedly admitted to showing a 13-year-old girl a cell phone photo of his private area “...because he was curious as to what she would say,” the probable cause affidavit related. The incident allegedly occurred on March 8. Everhart admitted to the action on May 22, Lt. Richey Barton of the Scottsburg Police Department stated.
