The Harrison County Health Department and Harrison County Hospital will offer a seasonal drive-thru flu vaccine clinic on Tuesday September 25 from 12:00pm-4:00pm in the Harrison County Hospital Parking Lot.  Cost is $15.00 payable in cash or check only, will bill for Medicare patients, Medicare card must be presented. The clinic is offered by the Harrison County Health Department and Harrison County Hospital and is for adults age 18 years and older.

After taking three races off after the halfway point of the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards season and effectively removing himself from championship contention, Tom Hessert’s goal was simple: Win.
That’s just what Hessert did in the Kentuckiana Ford Dealers ARCA Fall Classic presented by Federated Car Care at Salem Speedway, leading the final 78 laps for his second ARCA victory.

FC falls to Columbus East PDF Print E-mail

The Floyd Central Highlanders fell at home to the Columbus East Olympians, 31-7.
The first points of the game didn’t happen until 6 minutes into the first quarter. After going back and forth, Columbus East finally made it in for a touchdown. After the punt, the score was 7-0. After a few more scoreless runs, the first quarter ended on more of a whimper.
