Harrison County CF awards $151,138 in Spring grants

The Harrison County Community Foundation (HCCF) recently awarded $151,138 to seven agencies serving the Harrison County community. These grants were made possible by the generous support received from community donors and Horseshoe Southern Indiana To date, the HCCF has awarded over sixty-eight million dollars ($68,000,000) to a variety of programs and projects.
The YMCA of Southern Indiana offers a variety of events and programs in March for members and participants of all ages. Floyd County Democratic Party Chair Adam Dickey has announced the appointment of Robert O. Graddy to the position of Franklin Township board member. Graddy replaces township board member and former trustee Hazel Riley, who resigned on January 27th. Graddy will serve for the remainder of the four-year term through 2018.
