Council ups cemetery fees, talks redistricting PDF Print E-mail

The Salem City Council met for their monthly public meeting on the evening of February 13, 2012. 
They first received an update on the Lake John Hays expansion from Mike Goering, engineer and designer on the project. The LJH expansion is intended to raise the lake’s pool level in order to increase capacity and add an estimated year’s supply of water to the reservoir. The council approved the plan back in September of 2010.

IHSAA announces boys’ basketball pairings PDF Print E-mail

The Indiana High School Athletic Association is ready to begin its 102nd boys’ basketball tournament next week.
