Local family hosting fundraiser for Alzheimer’s Association August 15 PDF Print E-mail

A local family is working to improve the life of those affected with Alzheimer’s after losing their mother in 2011. Sarah Rose Hall was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2010. Her family now honors her with an annual fundraiser, the Hall Family Alzheimer’s Fundraiser.

In 1993 former Circuit Judge --then County attorney-- Dan Moore met with his Clark County Commissioner clients Ralph Guthrie, Greg Isgrigg and Paul “Whitey” Garrett, and County Councilman Harold Satterly, to discuss some aspects of federal law.  Attorney Moore had concluded that applying the law correctly would make the former Indiana Army Ammunition Plant (INAAP) available to convert to local civilian control and development.
