The Clark County Fair kicked off last Friday evening at the Clark County 4-H Fairgrounds as fair goers hit the James Gang Amusements midway and roamed through the fairgrounds. 4-H’ers were seen Friday evening making the final touches on their fair projects and making sure their animals were fair ready.
