It’s been a little over a year and the time is finally here. Next Wednesday, February 18, is the day the Morning Circle members of Community Presbyterian Church have been dreaming of. The doors for the church’s new diaper ministry, The DIAPER (Diapering Infants and Providing Emergency Resources) Project will open to the public for the very first time from 1 to 4 p.m.
