Miles for Merry Miracles’ (M4MM) 10th Annual Angel Tree run took place on December 2nd  at the New Albany Amphitheater. Over 150 youth and 50 adults attended the charity’s event which provides an excellent opportunity for those who want to make a difference to bring a smile to the faces of underprivileged children during the holiday season. This giving opportunity doesn’t require a significant commitment of money or time, so it’s an excellent choice for donors with small budgets as well as for those who are able to make a significant contribution.

Free Smoking Cessation Classes offered at BHF beginning January 9 PDF Print E-mail

In order to help smokers kick off the New Year smoke-free, Baptist Health Floyd is offering a 7-week smoking cessation class series that is free to the public. The Freedom from Smoking series is held on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m., begins January 9 and runs through February 20. Classes are held in Baptist Health Floyd’s Paris Health Education Center.
