The Floyd Central Alumni Association is gearing up for its second annual banquet to honor alumni, former faculty and coaches. Again the selection process was a difficult one as the association received many outstanding nominations. “I wish we could induct all of the submissions as they each are very deserving. However, we set a target of three to six inductees,” said Donna Riley, FCHS 1971, who served as the chair of the Hall of Fame Committee.  “After a very thorough review and with numerous discussions we feel we have an excellent representation of what Floyd Central High School is about.”   The selection committee was comprised of four alumni and three members of faculty and staff.

There will be a benefit and Silent Auction on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the Navilleton Activity Center.

“We know that He is the answer for our every need and every day. Not only for our salvation and the forgiveness of sins, but also that daily help we need to experience peace and joy and understand our purpose. That’s what fuels us.”
The Zuluagas spent four years planting churches in Costa Rica and now have focused their attention on Colombia.
