The first round games of the First Harrison Bank Holiday Tournament last Friday were as close as most expected them to be. Both games were rematches of games that took place earlier in the season and both had similar results.
Greenville College’s Todd Albertson, a sophomore from Pekin, (Eastern), has been named the Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week of December 3-9 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Confernce.
Borden is beating teams this year by an average of a little more than 20 points a game. That held true Saturday in the championship of the First Harrison Bank Holiday Tournament Saturday against West Washington.
