Floyd County man charged with securities fraud in Clark County PDF Print E-mail

Last week, Richard Eugene Collins of New Albany was arrested for securities fraud. Collins allegedly sold unregistered securities and was not registered to sell securities in Indiana, which is required by law. He is accused of stealing $250,000 from investors. Collins was the President and Managing Partner of R.C. Vision Quest, which was located in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

The Floyd County Youth Symphony (FCYS) is open to any qualified student in Southern Indiana or the Louisville metropolitan area. The FCYS is divided into three orchestras for students at differing levels of their technical and musical development. Organized in 1974, the orchestra’s mission is to offer outstanding young musicians the opportunity to experience a challenging music environment. Continuing this tradition, members of the FCYS have been invited to perform at Disney’s Magic Music Days on March 29, 2016, in Walt Disney World, Florida.
