    Ready for some football?
Charlestown High School Pirate Football will begin its 2009 regular season this Friday as they host the Madison Cubs. Kick?off is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Dutch Reis Field (the Boneyard), on the campus of  Charlestown High School.
The Pirates have earned back?to?back Mid?Southern Conference titles in 2007 and 2008; with serious plans of defending that title for a third year in a row.
Pirate football, from youth league to Junior High, and Junior High to Varsity has never been so exciting, so don't miss a minute of Pirate grid iron action!
Pre?game tailgating festivities will begin at 5 p.m., sponsored by Charlestown High School Pirate and Lady Pirate Basketball, including music provided by the Charlestown Digital Connectors; and with school construction placing parking at a premium, you best arrive early.
New 2009 Pirate Football stadium gear and apparel will be on?sale before and during home games, under the blue tent near the home stand entrance.
