    This past Tuesday evening, Troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg arrested Anthony Chase Hardin, 19, pictured above, for growing marijuana at his residence located at 5050 Pumping Station Road in Elizabeth.
    Trooper Mike Bennett, who serves as the Sellersburg District’s Marijuana Eradication Coordinator, received information that marijuana was growing in and around the residence located at 5050 Pumping Station Rd in Elizabeth and was able to obtain a search warrant for the residence and property.
    After the search warrant was executed, 39 growing marijuana plants ranging from a few inches tall to two feet tall were located inside and outside of the home.
    Anthony Chase Hardin was arrested and charged with  Possession of Marijuana over 30 Grams with the Intent to Deliver, D Felony, Cultivating Marijuana over 30 grams, D Felony,  and  Possession of Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor. Anthony Chase Hardin was incarcerated in the Harrison County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
    The approximate street value of the confiscated Marijuana at maturity would be approximately $40,000 in
U. S. Currency. This investigation is continuing.
