IU Southeast Orchestra to present concert November 23 PDF Print E-mail

    The Music Department will present the IU Southeast Orchestra on Sunday, November 23 at 3 p.m. in the Richard K. Stem Concert Hall of the Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center on the IU Southeast campus, 4201 Grant Line Road in New Albany. Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for students, seniors, IU Southeast faculty and staff, and are available at the Ogle Center Ticket Office, at all Ticketmaster locations, by calling (502) 361-3100, or online at ticketmaster.com. Free parking is available only in the Dogwood Parking Lot directly in front of the Ogle Center.
    Under the direction of Dr. Joanna Goldstein, the orchestra will perform Academic Festival Overture by Johannes Brahms, Overture to The Wreckers by Ethel Smyth, Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun by Claude Debussy, and Festive Overture by Dmitry Shostakovich.
