On today’s date (Jan. 15) at approximately 2:17 pm, a trooper from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg stopped a blue 2007 Chevrolet Impala driven by Jeffrey Flanigan, 29, from Louisville.

The traffic stop was conducted near the 22 Mile Marker South Bound for a window tint violation. While speaking with the driver, the trooper smelled an odor of raw Marijuana. Jeffrey Flanigan exited the vehicle and alleged Marijuana was located on his person.

Jeffrey Flanigan was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, D Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony. He was incarcerated at the Clark County Jail.
