The City of Charlestown Christmas Parade will light the night as part of the exciting plans for Christmas in Charlestown 2013. Organizers are expecting lots of families from the community and surrounding communities to visit Charlestown “The Christmas City” this holiday season.

On Saturday, December 14 at 6 p.m., the City of Charlestown will be hosting its 2nd annual Christmas Parade and they want your family, business, and/or organization to be a part of this event. All cars, trucks, floats, farm equipment, or anything you want to decorate with whimsical lights, music, and/or animation will be a great addition to the Parade.

The parade will begin at the Charlestown High School parking lot located at 1 Pirate Place, Charlestown, proceed down Park Street to Market Street toward the City Square. You will need to be at Charlestown High School no later than 5:30 p.m. on Parade Day for line up.
