A search Warrant was issued last week and officers from both the Indiana State Police and the Washington County Sheriff’s Department executed it, which led to the arrest of five people. 

As a result of the search warrant and evidence obtained, those involved were charged as follows:

Clayton Rogers; charged with Manufacturing Meth, (A Felony); Dealing, (A Felony); Possession of Meth (B Felony); Possession of a Precursor (D Felony); Maintaining a Common Nuisance (D Felony); and Possession of Paraphernalia (A Misdemeanor)

Jerry White; charged with Manufacturing Meth (A Felony)

Cody Rogers; Aiding in Manufacturing of Meth (A Felony); Dealing (A Felony)

Zackery Rogers; Aiding in Manufacturing of Meth (A Felony); Dealing (A Felony)

Albert Hardin; Aiding in Manufacturing of Meth (A Felony)

At another residence in Pekin, Albert Hardin, 23, was arrested on a Washington County warrant for criminal mischief.
