? On October 4 Charlestown Officers Joseph Jones and Jason Broady received an anonymous tip that a black colored passenger car being driven by Doug Cooper Jr. had counterfeit bills in his possession.
Officers spotted the car near the intersection of Highway 160 and 403 and made contact with Cooper, along with 18 year old Christopher W. Hall, and an unidentified 16 year old juvenile female.
Officers searched Cooper’s car and located a firearm along with $1,000 of counterfeit twenty dollar bills in Cooper’s possession.
