Indiana Adult Education is currently offering free classes across southern Indiana for anyone interested in earning their GED. Students will learn all of the math, reading and writing skills necessary to prepare them for taking their GED certification exam. IAE can also assist those wishing to take Accuplacer test remediation for entrance into Ivy Tech Community College, and they offer ESL classes as well.
Following are a list of locations and times for a GED class near you: Clark County GCCS Auxiliary Services: ABE/GED, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm ABE/GED, Monday – Thursday, 5 to 8 pm Charlestown High School: ABE/GED, Monday Tuesday and Thursday, 5 to 8 pm Jefferson Township Public Library: ABE/GED, Monday – Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm ABE/GED, Tuesday – Thursday, 4:45 to 7:45 pm Community Action Southern Indiana: ABE/GED, Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm Crawford County Family House: ABE/GED, Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am to 12:15 pm Floyd County Reisz Center: ABE/GED, Monday – Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm ABE/GED, Monday – Thursday, 5 to 8 pm ESL, Monday – Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm ESL, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 5 to 8 pm (this class is pending) Prosser Career Education Center: ABE/GED, Monday – Thursday, 5 to 8 pm Harrison County Harrison Co.
