    Earl “Big Daddy Earl” Coleman, age 67, and Constance Coleman, age 53, of 3208 N. Dog Trot Road, Salem, were taken into custody on Wednesday, September 24 by the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, with assistance from the Salem City Police Department, the Pekin Town Marshal, and the Washington County Drug Team.
    The couple was charged with variety of offenses including six counts of receiving stolen property, dealing
Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.
    A $50,000 cash bond was set for Earl Coleman and a $3,000 bond for Constance Coleman.  Trial date is set for
October 27. 
    According to Washington County Prosecuting Attorney, Dustin Houchin, the aforementioned charges carry
sentences up to 20 years in prison.
