The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), Clark County and local elected officials will break ground celebrating the beginning construction of Star Hill Road, as well as cutting ribbon for the completion of St. John’s Road.  The ceremonies will take place at 3:30 p.m. local time on Friday, December 7, at 19816 Huber Road in Borden.
