Hayden Overton, who was set to turn 2 in September lost his life in a one-vehicle accident Friday evening.
Another toddler, Elijah James Isaacs, 1, was injured and flown to University of Louisville Hospital via medical helocopter.

According to Washington County Sheriff Claude Combs speed appears to have been a factor in the accident.
He said Elijah Michael Isaacs, 19, Blue River Church Rd., lost control of the Ford van he was driving.
The vehicle flipped several times.
Combs said the facts of the accident are still under investigation by the Indiana State Police’s accident reconstruction team.
Other passengers in the vehicle were, Mariah Taylor of Richmond, Darian Graw of S. Blue River Church Road and Harley Graw, also of S. Blue River Church Road.
Combs said charges against the driver of the vehicle are pending.
“I am not sure of what his exact charges will be, but he was driving with a suspended learner’s permit,” he said. “The crash is still under investigation.”
Deputy Larry Motsinger was the investigating officer.
