The Borden Valley Days Festival is set for this weekend.
The festival has been expanded to a two-day event starting on Friday.   
Friday’s activities include a chicken barbeque sponsored by the Borden-Wood Township Fire Dept., Flea market/Community yard sale, Live Entertainment including Karoke, and Bingo.
Saturday’s events start early with the Hot air balloon launch & 5K run/walk. 
The parade follows shortly after highlighted by Grand Marshall Scott Davenport coach of the Belarmine Knights.   
Other events on Saturday include the Prince/Princess contest, Rubber duck races, Euchre tournament, and Borden’s own Ugliest Woman contest.
