Police seeking suspect in Pekin robbery PDF Print E-mail

The PNC branch in Pekin was robbed at approximately 10:30 a.m. Monday morning.
The suspect is reportedly armed and did leave the bank with cash, but according to Indiana State Police Detective Scott Stewart did not show weapon.


Stewart said the suspect approached the teller and demanded cash.
He left the bank on foot, but was seen by a witness getting into a light colored SUV driven by a white female. The vehicle was reportedly headed west Highway 60 toward Salem.
Police were still looking for the suspect at press time.
Police are still searching for a white male with brown, buzzed hair, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. The suspect has tattoos all over his arms.
