Four more arrested for theft in tornado disaster areas PDF Print E-mail

Late Friday afternoon, March 23, in the area of Voyles Road just north of State Road 60 in Washington County, Darrell and Debora Crone were arrested by Indiana State Police and incarcerated in the Washington County Jail for theft after it was discovered they had allegedly stole scrap metal from different locations in the tornado disaster area in Washington County.  Once at the jail it was discovered that Debora Crone was also in possession of a legend drug and in possession of controlled substances.


Late Sunday evening, March 25, a trooper with the Indiana State Police arrested Douglas Sizemore and David Sizemore. Both individuals were arrested for theft and criminal trespass and incarcerated in the Clark County Jail after it was discovered they had allegedly stole scrap metal from a location inside the tornado disaster area near Henryville in Clark County.

*Darrell P. Crone, 47, New Albany- Theft, D Felony.
*Debora J. Crone, 52, New Albany- Theft, D Felony,  Possession of a Legend Drug, D Felony and Possession of a Controlled Substance, D Felony.
Arrested and Charges in Clark County:
*David Sizemore, 37,  Austin- Theft, D Felony and Criminal Trespass, A Misdemeanor.
*Douglas Sizemore, 44, Austin- Theft, D Felony and Criminal Trespass, A Misdemeanor.
