? The Clark County Commissioners are inviting the public to the dedication ceremony for the Michael L. Becher Adult Corrections Complex. The Commissioners are dedicating the complex to former Clark County Sheriff Michael L. Becher. Becher was Clark County Sheriff from 1987 to 1994 and 1996 to 2006. He died last November 2 after a short battle with cancer. The dedication ceremony will be held this Friday, July 25, at 2 p.m. at the Sheriff’s Office located at 501 E. Court Avenue in Jeffersonville. The Commissioners encourage the public to attend. For more information regarding the dedication ceremony please contact the Clark County Commissioners at 285-6275. |
