This year the 4-H events will highlight the Clark County 4-H fair. The following is a list of some of the featured 4-H events:
4-H Exhibit Buildings
A highlight of the 4-H Fair is the Exhibit Buildings that house the 4-H projects, which will be judged on Saturday, July 10. These two buildings are filled with projects completed by 4-H members, which illustrate learning, goal setting and achievement. The 4-H Exhibit Buildings will be open Sunday, July 11, from to 2 to 10 p.m. and Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16, from 5 to 10 p.m.


4-H Cat Show
The 4-H Cat Show will bring 4-H members and their cats to the 4-H fairgrounds on Saturday, July 10 at 12:30 p.m. in the Outdoor Shelter.
4-H Dog Show
Clark County 4-H Dog Club members have been attending weekly 4-H Dog Obedience training classes since March. An exhibition of both the 4-H’er and the dog’s accomplishments will be give on Sunday, July 11 at 2 p.m. (All Club Dog Obedience Demonstration) and Monday, July 12, Tuesday, July 13 and Thursday, July 15 at 7 p.m. CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Dog Obedience Demonstration at the 4-H fairgrounds.
4-H Livestock Judging Shows
Judging will begin on Sunday, July 11 and conclude on Thursday, July 15 for over 800 animals. The 4-H members have learned over the past year proper care, grooming, and showing skills. Individual species judging is as follows:
Sunday, July 11- 1:30 p.m.– 4-H Horse & Pony Show (Outdoor Arena – weather permitting)
Sunday, July 11- 4 p.m.– 4-H Rabbit Show (Indoor Arena)
Monday, July 12- 10 a.m.– 4-H Lama Show (Indoor Arena)
Monday, July 12-, 6 p.m.– 4-H Sheep Show (Indoor Arena)
Tuesday, July 13- 9 a.m.– 4-H Poultry Judging (Poultry Barn)
Tuesday, July 13- 5 p.m.– 4-H Swine Show (Indoor Arena)
Wednesday, July 14- 10 a.m.– 4-H Market Wether Goat Show (Indoor Arena)
Wednesday, July 14- 6:30 p.m.– 4-H Beef Showmanship, followed by 4-H Beef Steer & Beef Female Show (Indoor Arena)
Thursday, July 15- 10 a.m.– 4-H Female Goat Show (Indoor Arena)
Thursday, July 15- 1 p.m.– 4-H Dairy Cattle Show (Indoor Arena)
Mini/Pre-Mini Costume Parade
Mini 4-H’ers (in grades k-2) and Pre-Mini (age 3-K) dress themselves in an original costume for a “fun costume parade”. The event will be held on Wednesday, July 14 at 5:30 p.m. at the outdoor stage.
4-H Showmanship/Round Robin Showmanship
As part of the livestock judging, 4-H Showmanship Contests will be held.  During the contests, judges will evaluate grooming, showmanship technique, and species knowledge. The Champion Showman from each species (Beef, Dairy, Pygmy Goat, Dairy Goat, Sheep, Swine, Horses, and Lamas) will then compete in the 4-H Round Robin Showmanship Contest on Thursday, July 15at 6:30 p.m. in the Indoor Arena at the 4-H fairgrounds. 
The Round Robin Showmanship Contest gives the youth an opportunity to illustrate their showmanship skills in all species.
4-H Livestock Auction
Four-H Livestock members will have the opportunity to auction an animal at the 4-H Livestock Auction, which will be held on Friday, July 16at 6:30 p.m. in the Indoor Arena at the 4-H fairgrounds.
