A detective and troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg recently arrested Lynette Angell, 37, New Washington.
She was arrested in Clarksville on an arrest warrant issued out of the Clark County Superior Court.
The Indiana State Police along with a detective from the Scottsburg City Police Department began an investigation on January 11, after a report of unauthorized prescriptions being obtained by Lynette Angell was received.
Lynette Angell was arrested and incarcerated in the Clark County Jail without incident on the following charges, Illegally Acquiring a Controlled Substance by Fraud, Class D Felony, (four counts) and Obtaining a Legend Drug by Fraud, Class D Felony, (six counts).
