|AARP Safe Driving Course offered at Clark Memorial|

Clark Memorial Hospital will host the AARP Safe Driving Course on Thursday and Friday, October 22 and 23, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m., in the lower level education center.
The AARP Safe Driving Course is the nation's largest driving improvement course that is specially designed for motorists age 50 and older. The eight?hour program is conducted over two days and the cost is $10 per person payable to AARP.
The course helps drivers refine existing skills and develop safe, defensive driving techniques. Once the course is complete, participants may be eligible for discounted rates on their auto insurance.
The AARP Safe Driving Course reviews topics such as vision and hearing changes; effects of medication; reaction time changes; left turns and other right?of?way situations; new laws and how they affect drivers; and hazardous driving situations.
