??    Lanesville High School’s varsity baseball team is selling engraved bricks to Lanesville High School alumni, parents, staff, as well as supporters, to be placed behind the backstop at the varsity baseball field. Proceeds raised will help fund lights on the baseball field. They hope to have the bricks installed this summer.
Bricks will be laser engraved, and the information will last indefinitely.
There are two sizes available for engraving: 1-A 4” x 8” brick, with 3 lines of engraving for $50, and 2-An 8” x 8” brick available with 3 lines of engraving for $100 each. Both are limited to 15 characters per line. Custom and stock labels are both available. This is a tax-deductible donation.
Some of the themes one can use on a brick include the following: Lanesville High School brick, commercial sponsor brick, remembering a loved one, family brick, sectional/regional championship bricks, Lanesville High School alumni bricks, former player/coach bricks, Lanesville High School faculty bricks, military bricks, church bricks, and custom logo bricks, among others.
Individuals can also donate $10 towards a brick saluting any Southern Athletic Conference championship team, or Blue River Athletic Conference championship team.
Checks and money orders should be made payable to Lanesville High School Brick Project, and be mailed to 2725 Crestview Ave., Lanesville, IN 47136.
Anyone with questions should contact Athletics Director Matt Kellems at 812-952-2555, extension 202, or head coach Sean Smith at 812-923-6934.
